Reconcile accounts payable, bank inventory, assets and accounts receivables.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Review financial transactions and documents before submission to auditors for annual review.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Keep up to date with current accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary changes to accounting practices within the company.
Collaborate with business line managers and heads of department to forecast business performance, plan budgets, and assess the impact of financial decisions. Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insight to business line managers and heads of department on financial performance, identifying areas of opportunity for improvement
Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations in the bar and restaurant
Lead, train, and support service staff to provide excellent customer service
Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and handling special requests
Oversee bar and beverage operations, including inventory and stock control
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and cleanliness
Work with management to implement promotions and seasonal menu changes
Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
