The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing daily office tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and maintaining records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
i- Minimum 6 CXC including English, Mathematics, Accounts
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounting software would be an asset

Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Maintain filing systems and office records
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Handle travel arrangements and expense reports
Provide general support to visitors and staff
Assist in project coordination and event planning
Liaise with senior staff to handle requests
