Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to the CEO who can seamlessly manage both business and personal affairs. This dynamic role requires a resourceful individual with exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills, capable of handling a broad range of responsibilities while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion. You will be a key support figure to the CEO and play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities across multiple businesses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role (experience supporting a C-level executive is a plus).

  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, project/task trackers).

  • Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, time zones, and occasional travel support, as required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted liaison for the CEO, managing both professional and personal matters.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including email management, calendar scheduling, and documentation.

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.

  • Organize business and personal appointments, meetings, events, and restaurant reservations.

  • Arrange and oversee personalized gifts for clients, customers, and key stakeholders, ensuring thoughtful and timely delivery.

  • Facilitate clear communication between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and partners across multiple companies.

  • Support cross-functional coordination and follow-ups to ensure tasks and business objectives are met.

  • Manage administrative operations related to company vehicles, both locally and internationally.

  • Monitor and provide timely reminders for key financial and tax deadlines to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
