Experience & Qualifications
At least 2 - 3 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or bar setting.
Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
1. Drink Preparation & Service
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Suggest drinks and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Ensure accuracy of orders and presentation consistency.
2. Customer Service
Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Engage with guests professionally and build rapport.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and politely.
3. Bar Setup & Cleanliness
Set up bar stations before service (stocking glassware, garnishes, ice, etc.).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Clean bar, utensils, and equipment regularly during and after shifts.
4. Inventory Management & Stock Check
Monitor and maintain stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies.
Perform daily and weekly stock checks and assist with inventory counts.
Record usage, breakages, and wastage accurately.
Report low or out-of-stock items to management for timely replenishment.
Assist in receiving and properly storing new stock according to FIFO method.
