Description

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to increase occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility for the hotel. This role leads all marketing initiatives, manages client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures that the hotel's services are effectively promoted in both online and offline channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.

3+ years of sales and marketing experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Proven ability to develop business and increase revenue.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and market analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

Identify and secure new corporate, group, and travel agency accounts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Oversee the hotel’s online presence, including website content, SEO, OTA, and social media.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.

Work closely with operations and front office to ensure guest satisfaction and service alignment with marketing efforts.
