Sound Secondary Education- At least a Grade 2 pass in both Mathematics and English. Office Administration would also be welcomed.

Checking off daily production and documenting all the input and output quantities of lumber processed at each workstation (moulder, resaw and kiln).
Tagging of bundles of finished goods with an accurate and detailed description including pieces, species, size, profile, seasoning method, lengths and quantity in each bundle.
Completion of all manufacturing orders in Odoo (daily) to reflect the same information checked off for daily production.
Performing daily audits of the inventory to ensure that the system data always matches the physical stock on the ground.
Ensuring products are separated in the warehouse by specie (primarily), and then by profile (secondary).
Providing weekly reports on recovery rates of all dressed lumber.
