We are looking for an ambitious marketing officer to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.
Knowledge of market research techniques.
Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, Website, digital campaigns and events.
· Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
· Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales & marketing goals.
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
Develop & create marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
Supporting the team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
