Description

We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to provide support to our internal operations.

Requirements

·        Diploma and Business Administration or similar field.

·        Exceptional communication skills.

·        Proficient with computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.

·        Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

·        Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

·        Experience in a similar role is an asset.

Responsibilities

·        Greet clients/visitors and offer beverages.

·        Answer the phone as the first point of contact/taking clear messages.

·        Complete confirmation calls for seminars/trainings.

·        Assist with preparation for seminars and trainings.

·        Provide training support/registration at seminars and trainings.

·        Collate feedback forms, call participants at scheduled times and forward reports to companies and colleagues.

·        Schedule meetings as necessary.

·        Assist with calendar and email management as needed.

·        Update corporate training google sheets as necessary.

·        Collate and distribute mail.

·        Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence.

·        Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

·        Assist with handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings.

·        Assist with making travel arrangements, such as booking, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

·        Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

·        Ensure regular coordination with students, ensure attendance in class, ensure the submissions are done on time. Reminding faculty about the classes.

·        Ensure that the classroom and teaching aids are maintained.

·        Assist in data entry and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

·        Prepare daily reports.

·        Assist with reminding faculty members about class schedules and requirements.

·        Maintaining classroom and teaching aids as needed.
