The Sales Officer will be responsible for using their knowledge of company inventory and services to connect with consumers and generate sales for the Company. Their duties include developing sales pitches and ads to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads, taking calls, responding to messages from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.
High School Diploma
At least 5 CXC Passes
Driver's License
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products

• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
