Description

Sourcing prospective clients to sell insurance policies, by assisting in determining the policy that is best for them in the light of their needs and financial status, and build long-term relationships with them

Advising us on the best insurance policy for each segment of the insurance market.

Sell all types of our company insurances to businesses and individuals, including automobile, fire, property, and specialized policies such as marine and aviation.

Keep up to date with sales goals and targets for the branch offices or office under your team leader

Telemarketing to inform potential clients of the company's services offered

Provide customer service support by explaining features, advantages and disadvantages of various insurance policies to promote sale of insurance plans, listen to their concerns and to ensure they are properly looked into and addressed effectively

Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress of Sales initiatives to management

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field is preferably

  • License to sell insurance

  • Proven driving experience

  • Holder of a valid driver's license and cleaning driving record

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Identifying & Prospecting potential customers

  • Conduct Sales Meetings, presentations & negotiations

  • Builds and Maintains relationships with clients

  • Coordinates with sales and marketing team & develops marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Coordinates with sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals

  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend areas for improvement

  • Assist in developing sales and marketing budget

  • Gather customer insights and identifies marketing opportunities

  • Provide sales data and analysis to support marketing and sales strategies

  • Measure and tracks marketing campaign effectiveness

  • Develop and maintain the organization's brand identity and guidelines

  • Execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception

  • Manage brand communication and consistency

  • Create and share informative content such as blogs posts, videos and infographics about insurance topics

  • Evaluate advertising campaign effectiveness
