A Major International Operator is currently seeking Catering Personnel to provide support to their internal operations. The position is a short term contract, on a shift system.

19:00 to 07:00
04:00 to 10:00
14:00 to 20:00
Experience in a catering or hospitality role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry or with international companies.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
A strong commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Possession of a valid hygiene certificate (e.g., Food Handler's Permit).
Up-to-date Hepatitis A vaccinations mandatory.
Ability to work flexible hours, including night and weekends.
Assist in all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and waste management.
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the dining and living areas, adhering to strict housekeeping standards.
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed.
Assist with setting up and breaking down of utensils, table arrangements etc. for meal times.
Provide excellent customer service to all personnel.
Provide administrative support as required, for example, assisting with maintaining logs and records and completing inventory reports.
