Sell 'Products Support' products (parts, services and training) face to face to assigned customers.
· At least five (5) subjects CXC.
· Diploma in Marketing or Technical Certificate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
· At least one (1) year experience in Marketing or three (3) years in technical sales.
· Competent in Microsoft Office.
· Must have a Driver’s license with own vehicle.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
· Conduct presentations to promote and sell all products, parts and services.
· Quote customers for parts and service work and follow up until delivery.
· Update customer’s machine population in the system.
· Submit weekly and monthly report of activities to supervisor.
· Handle customer disputes in a fair and equitable manner and follow up on issues closely.
· Support the Branch Administrators.
· Assist with Parts Counter duties when required.
· Advise customers about promotions and discounts.
Machinery Corporation of Guyana Limited (MACORP) was founded in 1993 by GECOLSA a well known CATERPILLAR dealer in South America with operations in Colombia, Bahamas and some other countries with related businesses.
