The Security Guard is responsible for protecting company assets, employees, customers, and property by maintaining a safe and secure environment. The role involves monitoring access points, conducting security checks, preventing unauthorized activities, and ensuring compliance with company security procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience as a Security Guard preferred.
Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or commercial environment is an asset.
Knowledge of basic security procedures and safety practices.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
Security training/certification where applicable.

Conduct regular patrols of warehouse, distribution, and surrounding areas.
Protect company property, inventory, equipment, and assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized use.
Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure proper security procedures are followed.
Inspect vehicles entering and leaving the premises as required.
Maintain security logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.
Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, accidents, or security breaches immediately.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established emergency procedures.
Assist with enforcing company policies and safety regulations.
Monitor surveillance systems and alarms where applicable.
Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas are properly secured.
Support crowd control and maintain order within the facility when required.
Provide assistance to employees, customers, and visitors in a professional manner.
