Day/Night Security Checker

We are seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our Operations Team as Day and Night Security Checkers. The successful candidates will be responsible for visiting assigned security locations, checking on Security Officers, ensuring locations are properly covered, and reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant Manager or Supervisor.

• Secondary school education.

• Previous experience in security, supervision, or a similar field would be an asset.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s Licence and be a competent driver.

• Good communication and observation skills.

• Ability to prepare simple and accurate reports.

• Must be responsible, reliable, alert, and punctual.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to handle and report issues professionally.

• Good knowledge of Georgetown and surrounding areas would be an asset.

• Visit assigned security locations during the shift to conduct routine checks.

• Ensure Security Officers are present and actively performing their duties.

• Check that officers are properly dressed in the required company uniform.

• Ensure officers are alert and following company rules and site instructions.

• Report lateness, absence, sleeping on duty, improper conduct, or other issues immediately.

• Maintain regular communication with the Operations Team.

• Record and submit reports on all locations checked and any issues identified.

• Ensure proper handover of important information at the end of the shift.
