The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of operational activities to ensure the efficient delivery of services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The incumbent will supervise field employees, drivers, porters, equipment operators, and support staff, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Company policies, operational procedures, and customer requirements.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of operational or supervisory experience.
Experience managing teams in waste management, logistics, transportation, fleet operations, environmental services, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
Experience supervising drivers and field personnel is an asset.
Must have a Driver’s License

Ensure vehicles are inspected before and after use.
Report mechanical defects promptly.
Coordinate scheduled maintenance with the Fleet Department.
Monitor fuel usage and identify irregularities.
Ensure Company assets are properly utilized and safeguarded.
Administrative Responsibilities
Complete daily operational reports.
Maintain attendance records.
Prepare shift reports.
Verify delivery and service records.
Submit incident and accident reports.
Maintain operational documentation.
Inventory & Asset Control
Monitor the use of operational supplies.
Report shortages and damages.
Ensure Company property is properly secured.
