Description

Oversee the selling of the Company’s products to customers and maintain adequate stock levels; monitor customer service and relations and deal with customer complaints; health and safety issues; maintain job performance and quality standards, and good house- keeping practices.

Requirements

  • 3 Subject CXC / GCE 'O' Level (including English Language and Mathematics).

  • Marketing knowledge and prior Pre-Selling experience would be an advantage.

  • Must own vehicle ( Car or Motorcycle).

  • Must have access to telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Inform customers of any promotional activities and merchandise outlet with promotional material.

  • Check credit customers accounts balances so as to advise customers before taking any orders.

  • Ensure a daily stock sheet is collected and advise customers as to the products that are available.

  • Suggest / recommend first core brands in correct quantities to avoid out of stock to customers

  • Suggest / recommend order of secondary brands and rest of portfolio.

  • Collect orders and confirm quantities and amount of bill to customer
