Description

Manages day-to-day guest operations, leads front-of-house or support teams, and resolves customer complaints. They handle staff scheduling, enforce quality and safety rules, and train new workers to ensure smooth, high-quality service

A Hospitality manager oversees daily operations, staff and resident relations within various facilities. The Hospitality manager manage occupancy, enforce safety rules, coordinate soft maintenance and ensure legal compliance with followed regulations, provides clerical and operational support to the facilities or operations department, tracking inventory, handling communications and maintaining DATA & records, organizing digital and physical files, preparing business reports, ordering supplies (in cooperation with PRC stores dep.) and acting as a main point of contact for clients and staff.

Requirements

The PRC Hospitality manager needs strong organizational, communication and technical abilities to keep Location / club House running smoothly. He/She must manage multiple tasks at once, pay close attention to small details and protect private company information with total discretion.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Hospitality / property management, residential life, social services &/or facilities administration,

  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or social work preferred – not mandatory,

  • Physical: Ability to stand and walk for long shift hours,

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, mediation and customer service skills,

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office and basic budgeting, basic problem-solving, and team organization.

Responsibilities

Managing daily workflow, training and onboarding new hires, evaluating employee performance and providing feedback, resolving team conflicts and acting as a clear communication link between staff and upper PRC’s management.

  • Staff Leadership: Train, schedule and motivate team members during shifts,

  • Guest Relations: Greet visitors and solve service issues quickly and politely,

  • Operations Control: Check facilities for cleanliness and safety compliance,

  • Communication: Report shift updates to upper management.
