Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Warehouse Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse.
Requirements
· Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC passes including Math and English
· Certification in Warehouse Inventory Management
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other related disciplines would be an asset
· Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Must be a certified forklift driver
Responsibilities
· Manage, supervise, direct and control all cargo handling activities in full compliance with all HSE and operating procedures
· Ensure control of inventory materials and equipment
· Ensure that new shipments of stock to be assigned batch numbers are processed promptly
· Supervise and coordinate stock audits at all locations
· Assist with monitoring/ reconciling any stock discrepancy
· Drive timely receipt and binning of materials at the bond
· Monitor the performance of staff and provide guidance on areas of improvement
