The Receptionist & Reservations Clerk is responsible for managing front desk operations, guest relations, and reservation activities. This role ensures efficient handling of bookings, invoicing, and administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for guests and visitors.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (at least five CXC subjects, including math and English
Experience: Prior experience in front desk, reservations, or customer service roles preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reservation systems and basic accounting software and other software.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

Customer Service: Handle guest complaints, resolve issues, and provide information about facilities and services.
Reception Area Management: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
