EMBROIDERY TECHNICIAN

A+ Printing & Embroidery is seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Technician to prepare embroidery designs, digitize logos and artwork, operate embroidery equipment, and ensure completed jobs meet our standards for accuracy, quality, and presentation.

• Knowledge of embroidery digitizing and production processes.

• Ability to operate and maintain embroidery machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

• Digitize logos, artwork, and designs for embroidery production.

• Prepare and format embroidery files to meet each job's requirements.

• Operate embroidery machines safely and efficiently to complete customer orders.

• Set up garments and materials correctly before production.

• Monitor machines and make adjustments when necessary.

• Inspect finished embroidery for accuracy, alignment, stitching quality, and appearance.

• Maintain embroidery equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.

• Report machine faults, production issues, or material problems to management.

• Follow production schedules, job specifications, and company quality standards.
