The role involves leading IT projects independently, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance, and providing technical leadership and guidance to junior IT staff. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements

Strong experience in networking, servers, CCTV/surveillance systems, and system administration.
Able to guide and support junior staff.
