Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Leadership qualities with the initiative to take ownership of responsibilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Willingness to learn and cross-train.

  • Ability to communicate in Spanish (written and spoken) is an asset.

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with an empathetic and professional attitude.

  • Respond promptly to client and customer calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Onboard new clients and customers, ensuring all required information is collected accurately.

  • Access, review, and schedule patient appointments.

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks.

  • Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative and contributing to continuous process improvement.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and assist with cross-functional responsibilities as needed.
