The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their wine and beverage purchases. The role includes maintaining an attractive and organized sales floor, processing sales transactions, replenishing stock, and ensuring customers enjoy a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering excellent service while complying with company policies and legal requirements regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects inclusive of Math and English
Wine knowledge is an asset but not a requirement
Be enthusiastic, courteous and professional
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to multi - task
Be flexible, work well in a team setting and adapt to the needs / changes of a hospitality environment
Full Time and Part Time is available
Support Management and Marketing Teams in executing sales and marketing concepts
Basic Filing and Record Keeping
Efficiently handle and resolve any customer queries or issues
