Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and organized Taxi Service Dispatcher to coordinate the daily operations for our taxi base.

• Complete secondary school level education

• Must be computer literate

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, holidays, evening and weekends

• Receive incoming calls and messages for taxi service

• Dispatch taxis to customers

• Communicate with drivers to confirm availability and estimated arrival times

• Address customer inquiries, complaints or issues promptly and professionally

• Maintain records of dispatched calls, drivers and assigned trips

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
