Field Sales Representatives

KhalCo Solutions Inc. is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to visit customers at their homes and sell fibre home internet services and mobile devices. You will identify potential customers, explain the available products, recommend suitable options, and guide customers through the sales process.

This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence approaching customers and presenting products in person.

• A self-motivated approach to working in the field and meeting targets.

• Good organisation and the ability to keep accurate records.

• Basic familiarity with smartphones and home internet services.

• Previous sales experience is an asset, but training will be provided.

• Ability to travel within assigned communities in Essequibo or West Coast Demerara (as assigned).

• Visit homes in assigned areas to introduce fibre home internet services and mobile devices.

• Speak with customers to understand their internet and device needs.

• Explain product features, pricing, eligibility, and the steps needed to sign up.

• Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and close sales.

• Complete customer applications and submit accurate sales information.

• Coordinate with the relevant teams to help customers through activation or fulfilment.

• Maintain a record of visits, leads, follow-ups, and completed sales.

• Meet individual sales and activity targets.

• Represent KhalCo professionally and treat every customer with respect.
