Ensure food meets quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness. Stay up to date with food safety laws and regulations.
Plan for special events, seasonal menus, or promotions.
To ensure that all statutory, as well as company, hygiene regulations are being strictly adhered to;
Track inventory and minimize waste.
Schedule shifts and delegate tasks. Foster teamwork and maintain morale in the kitchen.
