Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field.

  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience in a supervisory role within the electrical or mechanical repair industry.

  3. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

  4. A minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.

  5. Must have a police clearance.

Responsibilities

  1. Investigate and repair all products within 24 hours.

  2. Oversee weekly and monthly building maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

  3. Ensure video documentation of processes for each task, organize these into a manual, and ensure all team members follow these processes.

  4. Plan and organize departmental work with the team, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members and management as required.

  5. Submit a daily report on products returned or received due to manufacturer defects, including findings and recommendations for suppliers to improve their products.

  6. Manage inventory by organizing and sorting all damaged products in an easily accessible manner.

  7. Ensure compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) standards by using appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during all work-related activities.

  8. Maintain a diagnostic logbook with troubleshooting techniques.
