The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment and ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and servicing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems that control the air quality and temperature in the buildings.
Applicants Must:
(1) Electrician
Be a holder of GTEE Electrical Installation Technician Certificate, EETD Part 2 + 2 years experience; OR
EETD Part + 2 years experience; OR
Competency Based Education (CBE) Part 2 plus 2 years experience;
Be able to work off schedule hours;
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
(2) HVAC Technician
Be a holder of an Ordinary Technical Diploma/Certificate in Refrigeration;
Have at least two (2) years experience in refrigeration repairs and maintenance;
Be able to work off schedule hours;
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
(1) Electrician
Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair and maintain electrical systems, wiring and equipment in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards;
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical problems and respond to emergency situations and resolve electrical issues efficiently;
Upgrades and Improvements: Recommend and implement improvements or upgrades to electrical systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including repairs, inspections and installations. Provide detailed reports to supervisors and project managers as needed;
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, contractors and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget;
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
(2) HVAC Technician
Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, service and maintain all HVAC related equipment and follow company policies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including repairs, inspections and installations. Provide detailed reports to supervisors and project managers as needed, maintain inventory and supplies of spare parts;
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot basic problems and determine solutions.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, contractors and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget;
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
