Description

Technical knowledge of a company's products or services, responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their technical needs, presenting solutions through detailed product demonstrations, and ultimately closing sales by effectively communicating the technical benefits and value proposition to secure contracts; often requiring strong relationship building skills and staying updated on industry trends and technological.

Requirements

University degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communications

Three (3) years of experience or in a similar position

Must have access to a reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients, generating leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance on our products and services to address their specific needs.

Present and demonstrate our technical products and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits, and articulating how they can address customer challenges and improve their business operations.

Collaborate with the sales team, product managers, and technical experts to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations that align with customer needs and requirements.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.

Submit reports daily of daily activities.

Submit daily frog sheets of scheduled activities for the following day's work.
