Logistics Coordinator (Trainee)

We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator Trainee to join our logistics team. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on training and experience in logistics and supply chain management.

As a Logistics Coordinator Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced logistics team to learn the fundamentals of logistics coordination. You will be involved in various aspects of supply chain management, including inventory control, shipment tracking, and vendor coordination.

• High school diploma or equivalent: or a related field is preferred.

• A strong willingness to learn and grow within the logistics field.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Basic communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

• Assist in the planning and execution of logistics and transportation activities.

• Support the tracking and monitoring of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

• Help coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to address any logistical issues.

• Maintain and update records related to inventory and shipments.

• Prepare and assist in generating reports on logistics performance.

• Learn and apply logistics strategies and best practices.

• Provide administrative support, including data entry and documentation.
