We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our project initiatives by analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and improving processes. The Business Analyst supports the operations with accountability/reporting. The job holder is pivotal in ensuring that the Human Resources, Operations, and Finance Department’s strategies and work programs are closely aligned and responsive to W&T George’s business strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Certified CAT, ACCA.
years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Proficiency in [specific tools/software, Excel, data visualization tools].
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Consolidated reporting of sales and production
Enforcing administrative and operating policies for the entities
Assist in the timely preparation of Departmental/Outlets Revenue and Inventory Reports to ensure timely submissions.
Receivables Management – Billing and Collections
Strategies to grow sales
Generate meaningful trend reports
First-rate oral and written communication skills.
PC skills, familiarity with relevant software packages, experience with Peachtree, Microsoft Office, and especially Word would be ideal.
Conducting/carrying out surveys and interviews.
Track record of meeting deadlines through first-rate planning and organizational skills.
