The EMC Foundation Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual to provide support to the EMC Foundation Management Team in the overall activities and management of the operations of EMC Foundation. This position offers the potential for professional growth in a highly regarded working environment.
§ Minimum Five (5) CXC with English and Mathematics or Guyana Technical Institute Diploma in Administrative Principles and Practices or equivalent qualification
§ Computer literate and proficient in MS EXCEL and MS WORD
§ Knowledge of accounting would be an asset
§ Minimum two (2) years’ working experience
The Administrative & Finance Officer shall efficiently and effectively carry out the tasks described below:
1. Provide support to the EMC Foundation Management Team in the overall activities and management of the operations of EMC Foundation.
2. Preparation of cheques and cheque vouchers
3. Preparation of cash payments and reimbursements
4. Maintain company cash book
5. Performs other related duties and responsibilities consistent with the purpose and level of the post
