We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and professional individual to serve as a Confidential Secretary to the Dean . The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the efficient and confidential operation of the Dean’s office.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Dean
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Prepare, draft, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Liaise with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
