Job Title: Sales Lead – Business Solutions (Enterprise)

Job Summary:

The Sales Lead – Business Solutions is responsible for directing and monitoring the sales of One Communication’s Business Solutions suite to enterprise customers. This role drives revenue growth, protects the existing customer base, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through strong leadership, consultative selling, and effective relationship management.

The successful candidate will serve as the chief advocate for enterprise customers while fostering a high-performing, results-driven sales culture.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Economics, or a related field; or

  • A minimum of four (4) years’ relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage high-value customer relationships.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desirable Skills (Optional):

  • Experience in enterprise or business-to-business sales.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with occasional local and regional travel.

  • Standard business hours with flexibility as required.

  • May require work outside normal hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a consultative B2B sales culture focused on enterprise clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive aggressive sales growth in the B2B space.

  • Conduct consultative sales presentations (virtual and onsite) showcasing One Communication solutions.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results.

  • Design and execute customer retention and sales incentive initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing proposals, service implementation, and customer support.

  • Serve as the chief customer advocate to meet revenue, CSAT, and churn targets.

  • Ensure adherence to One Communications policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
