We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of services, including oil and lubricants, machine shop threading, manufacturing of drilling tools, servicing of oilfield equipment, and rental of drill strings and downhole tools.
· Diploma in Business or Marketing.
· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales or marketing.
Sales and Market Development
Objectives: Grow Sales and Distribution Reach
· Build our distribution presence in Guyana by securing new customers and building distribution network across market.
· Grow revenue across all product lines increasing by established percentage targets aligned with management on a quarterly basis.
· Plan and execute weekly field visits to existing and potential customers.
Brand Awareness and Promotion
Objectives: Establish Product Recognition and Trust in the Market
· Promote brand value (quality, reliability and competitive pricing) with customers.
· Create sales plans, incentive and rebate proposals to secure new business.
· Suggest micro and macro promotional activities to boost brand awareness.
· Share customer testimonials, pictures and feedback with management to build our reputation across our advertising platforms.
Market Intelligence
Objectives: Help the company understand the market landscape
· Submit as seen any competitor information: promotions, pricing etc.
· Identify and highlight gaps or opportunities in market.
· Report all customer feedback via reporting channels.
Customer Service and Internal Coordination
Objectives: Maintain discipline in sales tracking and accountability
· Submit all reports and paperwork on a weekly basis as it relates to distribution department internal and external stakeholders.
· Ensure OTIF delivery to all customers.
· Lead monthly meeting with management to review sales performance and update on KPIs (revenue, new customers, market updates and competition feedback).
