Business Development Officer

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, conducting market research, and promoting company services to potential clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations

• Strong proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills

• Ability to conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential clients

• Prepare and submit professional business proposals, presentations, and bids

• Present company services to prospective clients through meetings and presentations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate service delivery

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes
