Administrative Assistant to Dean Office.
Minimum: GCE O’Levels or CXC (Caribbean Examinations Council) passes in English and Mathematics.
Preferred: Diploma or Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in office administration is usually preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
Communicate with students, faculty for daily operations of University.
Support various departmental projects as required.
