This role supports the efficient delivery of online educational programs and contributes to the overall learning experience by assisting both students and lecturers. It also involves coordinating students' learning materials, Moodle access, etc., ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining essential academic records.

Keep academic records updated, including student material.
Assist learners and tutors to enhance course delivery
Provide technical and logistical support for online courses
Administer computer-based assessments and mock exams
Liaise with tutors and administrative staff to support student needs
Assist with registration, onboarding, and orientation of students
Support basic administrative tasks related to student services
