Description

We are seeking an experienced person to fill the position of Customer Service Representative, to be attached to our Retail Operation Department.  

Requirements

  • Five (5) Subjects CXC inclusive of Mathematics and English Language or High School Diploma.

  • Two (2) years of experience in distribution of customer goods is ideal.

  • Some experience in would audit process is desired.

Responsibilities

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES

 The Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling and promoting products and service offered by One Communications within a retail environment

MAJOR DUTIES

  • Processing of all Cash Transactions (Bill/Sale of Product)

  • Handling of queries/preparation of adjustment tickets 

  • Responds to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff where applicable. 

  • Record all information obtained within provided and defined systems, forms and reports. 

  • Provide relevant feedback and insight into campaign flow and execution
