We are seeking an experienced person to fill the position of Customer Service Representative, to be attached to our Retail Operation Department.
Five (5) Subjects CXC inclusive of Mathematics and English Language or High School Diploma.
Two (2) years of experience in distribution of customer goods is ideal.
Some experience in would audit process is desired.
ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling and promoting products and service offered by One Communications within a retail environment
MAJOR DUTIES
Processing of all Cash Transactions (Bill/Sale of Product)
Handling of queries/preparation of adjustment tickets
Responds to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff where applicable.
Record all information obtained within provided and defined systems, forms and reports.
Provide relevant feedback and insight into campaign flow and execution
