· Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration.
· A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a retail/wholesale environment in a similar managerial role.
· Strong leadership and management abilities.

· Monitor and train the sales team.
· Implement strategies to attract new customers.
· Monitor inventory levels and ordering of new items.
· Organizing in-store displays and promotional materials.
· Tracking monthly and quarterly performance.
