Description

The Consulting Chain is seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Project Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be patient, efficient, and competent, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support special projects as assigned. This role offers growth potential, as successful performance will lead to additional training for more complex responsibilities and eligibility for full-time employment.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Basic computer literacy (Email, Word, PDF handling, etc.)

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing errands at GRA on behalf of clients and the company

  • Running NIS errands and assisting with submissions

  • Liaising with the accounting firm to facilitate the filing of clients’ financial documents

  • Assisting with marketing tasks as required

  • Completing visa, passport, and general application forms

  • Providing general administrative support for special projects
