Gurchuran Investments Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations across our business units, including catering, logistics, retail, and services.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic math and data entry skills.
Good communication skills when dealing with vendors, clients, and staff.
Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documents.
Process invoices, bills, receipts, and expense reports accurately.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
File, organize, and maintain financial documents for easy reference.
Support audits and assist with compliance requirements.
Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, or other approved systems.
