We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging ad channels. This role blends creativity with analytics, you’ll build and optimize high performing campaigns, collaborate with designers and copywriters to create scroll-stopping ads, manage budgets, track performance, and continuously test and refine strategies to improve results. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
Proven success delivering measurable ROI across multiple social platforms.

Develop platform-specific paid social strategies aligned with campaign goals.
Research audiences, competitors, and creative trends to guide targeting and messaging.
Stay up to date with algorithm changes, new ad features, and best practices.
Campaign Management
Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient performance.
Creative Collaboration
Work with designers, video editors, and copywriters to create platform-optimized ads.
Turn performance data into clear creative recommendations.
Optimization & Reporting
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
Track KPIs using ad platforms, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
Prepare clear performance reports and maintain accurate budget tracking.
Client & Team Integration
Collaborate with account managers to support broader marketing strategies.
Share paid social best practices with clients and internal teams.
