Warehouse Supervisor

Responsible for the overall coordination of the logistics area. Manages the supply chain for all Lanco products and ensures proper storage, dispatch, and distribution. Works closely with other departments (Production, Sales, Billing, Credit, and Collections) to achieve customer satisfaction

High School Graduate

·        Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and vehicle fleet management

·        Ability to operate forklift

Responsibilities

Warehouse:

·        Responsible for opening and closing the warehouse.

·        Organizes the storage of finished products in the warehouse.

·        Maintains the warehouse facilities according to established procedures regarding order, cleanliness, and safety zone markings.

·        Monitors the proper rotation of products in the warehouse.

·        Coordinates the monthly maintenance of forklifts.

·        Coordinates the repackaging of products when necessary.

·        Trains warehouse staff on established procedures

Shipping and Distribution:

·        Ensures that all customer orders are prepared as requested, particularly for key accounts that evaluate the company and provide satisfaction ratings.

·        Daily entry of material requisitions such as samples, giveaways, damaged products, colorants, etc., into the Inventory module.

·        Prepares and assigns delivery routes for delivery drivers.

·        Coordinates the collection of merchandise returns from the locations specified by customers.

·        Ensures that the vehicle fleet complies with all legal requirements (vehicle insurance, fitness and licences) and is in good mechanical condition.

·        Manages and assigns fuel cards for the delivery vehicle fleet

Administrative Tasks:

·        Manages warehouse, shipping, and distribution staff.

·        Monitors warehouse staff attendance and prepares time reports for payroll.

·        Provides support to country manager regarding storage, shipping, and distribution matters
