Transport & Facilities Assistant

As a Transport & Facilities Assistant, you bring value to GKB by performing reliable, safe transportation duties and general administrative and shop tasks.

High School Graduate, Trade School, or read and write

Experience:  A minimum of 2 years in a similar role 

Valid Driver’s License

• Safely operate the company vehicles to transport staff, materials, and documents as assigned.

• Complete scheduled and unscheduled pickups and deliveries on time

• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

• Report any mechanical issues immediately and follow up on servicing.

• Assist with basic building maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and general upkeep.

• Support the maintenance department with simple handyman activities and preparation of work areas.

• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, or supplies within the office or worksite.

• Support cleaning/ground staff when needed, especially during special events or emergencies.

• Run internal errands such as collecting supplies, purchasing small items, and delivering documents.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Other duties as assigned
