SALES OFFICER

Responsible for performing sales-related activities of the company’s products and services to customers and potential customers.

• 5 CXC passes (Mathematics & English) or a sound secondary education.

• At least three (3) years of experience in Sales; knowledge of mobile phones and accessories is an advantage.

• Must be computer-literate (EXCEL & WORD)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be the owner of a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Actively promote and sell mobile phones and accessories to customers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

·    Conduct market research and stay up to date with trends in the telecom industry.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

• Assist in organizing sales promotions and campaigns.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
