Scope of Position

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand the company’s pest control services in Guyana. This role combines new business development with account management, focusing on acquiring new commercial and residential customers, promoting our integrated pest management (IPM) solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will understand local market needs, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with operations to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or 3-5 experience in sales or related field

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential segments.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Present Orkin’s pest control solutions (IPM, rodent control, termite control, sanitation pest programs) to prospective clients, highlighting value, ROI, and compliance.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools; manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts.

  • Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs, provide recommendations, and prepare customized proposals and quotes.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms; close deals and secure long-term service agreements.

  • Collaborate with technical and field teams to ensure seamless onboarding, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts; upsell additional services and recurring contracts.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations affecting pest control services in Guyana.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; promote Orkin’s safety culture.
