Description

Daily • Attending to clients and security officers’ queries. • Purchasing and processing of bids. • Ensure all NIS, GRA, Local Content Compliances are up to date. • Adhere to all Quality health and safety policies and procedures. • Identify and report on non-conformities that may arise during day-to-day activities. • Provide support for the establishment of departmental procedures and process flow. • Provide necessary support and evidence during internal and external audits and assessments. • The marketing of the company, creating flyers, brochures, posters, updating the company Facebook page and answering all queries. • Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director and Administrative Manager.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS At least Five (5) Subjects including English Language, Mathematics and Principles of Business at the CXC Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate or Diploma in Management or alternative qualifications and relevant training. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word and in particular)

Communication: • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees. Scheduling and Coordination: • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events. • Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings. Document Management: • Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. • Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic. Data Entry and Management: • Input and manage data in spreadsheets and databases. • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Financial Support: • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking. • Process payments and reimbursements. Research and Reporting: • Conduct research on various topics as requested. • Compile and present information in reports or presentations.
