Bond Clerk

Responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, and issuing stock while maintaining accurate inventory records and bond organization. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality and safety standards, conducts stock checks, manages non-conforming items, maintains facility cleanliness and security, and reports any discrepancies or damages.

• Sound high school education with passes in mathematics and English, or two years’ experience in related field

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Computer literacy

• Receiving stock to and issuing stock from the bond, ensuring that proper documentation is processed.

• Maintaining order in the bond, ensuring that items are packed neatly and safely to avoid damage or accident.
