Driver

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Distribution Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods from our warehouse to various delivery locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with ML MV AND MC

• Proven experience as a delivery or distribution driver is preferred.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to [insert weight]).

• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Friendly and professional attitude when interacting with customers.

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers on assigned routes.

• Load and unload goods carefully, ensuring items are handled properly to avoid damage.

• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.

• Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and optimize fuel usage.

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers.

• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
